Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust has raised £121.7m capital following its initial public offering in December 2015.
From the six months ended March 31 the company has posted a NAV of £126.3m.
Schroders bought four properties, in Paris, Berlin, Hamburg and Stuttgart respectively, for €90.6m and contracts have been exchanged for a retail investment in Frankfurt for €11.1m.
Sir Julian Berney, non-executive chairman of the board, said: “Following on from the successful IPO in December, we are pleased to have established a footprint in a number of growth cities in Europe, across different property sectors, in a relatively short period of time. This is in line with our stated acquisition strategy of investing in assets that provide attractive income distribution with potential for long-term income and capital growth through active asset management.”
