Brokerage and mortgage advisory service Knight Frank Finance has launched a new homes team.
Led by partner David Hall, the team will work with Knight Frank’s residential development division.
Hall, who has worked at the firm for eight years, said: “A record number of units being sold by Knight Frank New Homes will complete in 2016 and the team has a pipeline of thousands of completing homes over the next five years.
“With a continuing lack of supply in the London market, this is a perfect time to set up a finance team to specifically handle their clients’ lending needs.”
