Lloyds reshuffles leadership team

Lloyds_TSB_logo_THUMB.jpegLloyds Bank Commercial Real Estate has shuffled its leadership team, following the return of Marty Green to Australia.

Green had been the head of private real estate corporates at the bank before his decision to return home to take a role with an Australian Bank.

He will be replaced by Richard Heath, who had been head of listed clients since last year but has been part of the leadership team since 2010.

His role will be to oversee relationships with a number of real estate businesses and entrepreneurs in London and the regions.

His former role will be taken by Ian Goldsworthy who joined the bank from Kennedy Wilson last year.

John Feeney, managing director and global head of commercial real estate for Lloyds Bank, said: “Green has been a great leader within our team and we thank him and wish him well for the future.

“Heath is an already accomplished and respected leader in our business and brings a wealth of experience to his new role after managing some of our most complex relationships.

“Goldsworthy is also among the industry’s most well-known operators with more than 30 years’ banking experience including over 15 years in UK commercial real estate and he has had a significant impact on our business since he joined last year. We plan to hire additional resource to support him.”
