Fashion retailer Joules has secured a 10-year lease on one of Edinburgh’s main shopping streets for its expansion to a bigger store.
The company signed for an 6,956 sq ft unit, owned by UK Commercial Property Trust, at 85 George Street.
Joules has also recently signalled its intention to float on the AIM segment of the London Stock Exchange.
Meanwhile, UKCPT has secured a flagship letting to Clydesdale Bank at the adjacent retail unit is scheduled to begin a grade A refurbishment of the office space later this year, totalling 20,000 sq ft over the second and third floors.
