Energi jumps into Newport

Energi-trampolineEnergi Trampoline Parks has agreed a deal with Otium Real Estate to take the last remaining space at the 139,000 sq ft Newport Leisure Park in Newport, Wales.

It is taking 20,000 sq ft for a new trampoline park, and has signed for a 25-year lease paying £190,000 pa.

Other recent lettings at the leisure park include gym operator Xercise4Less, Home Bargains and restaurant Tiffins.

Simon Maycock, chief executive of Energi, said: ”This is our first site in Wales and we aim to provide the best trampoline experience in south Wales.”

Ashley Blake, chief executive of Otium Real Estate, said: “Energi are a great operator and bring another major anchor to Newport Leisure Park which is now fully let and ready to provide a real boost to the park and a major attraction in Newport.”
