Andrews & Robertson’s latest sale raised £10.8m from 71 lots, with an 80% success rate.
The largest lot sold in the room was a freehold three-bedroom, end-of-terrace house in Balham, SW12.
The property, which had not been on the market for 47 years, sold for £940,000, well up on its reserve of £750,000.
A freehold building in Mottingham, SE9, arranged as a vacant former estate office with a self-contained maisonette above, sold for £183,000 off a £70,000 guide price.
The total raised was less than half of the £22.9m generated by the firm’s previous sale in April.
The success rate was also down on recent performance; rates have ranged from 86% to 92% since 2015.
Chairman Robin Cripp said: “The past few months have been characterised by uncertainty caused by the recent stamp duty and tax relief changes affecting the buy-to-let sector and the approaching EU referendum.
“In spite of this, we are seeing demand across all sectors, particularly for London property. Our June sale has been an encouraging one and there are several significant lots close to exchange post-auction.”
The sale took place at the Montcalm hotel, W1.
