Brookfield Property Partners has released the first image of its proposed 400,000 sq ft tower at 1 Leadenhall Street, EC3.
The Leadenhall Court development would comprise the demolition of the existing building and construction of a 398,264 sq ft office block with 30,138 sq ft of shops on the ground, first and second floors.
Designed by architect Make, the plans for the 37-storey tower include a publicly accessible terrace overlooking the roof of the historic Leadenhall Market.
Brookfield is launching a three-day public consultation on the scheme starting 20 June at St Ethelburga’s Church, 78 Bishopsgate, EC2.
