Gloucestershire manor under the hammer

SLOWWE-HOUSE-1

Hollis Morgan is offering a Grade II listed 14th-century manor house in Arlingham, Gloucestershire.

Slowwe House has played host to figures including Edward Jenner, inventor of the smallpox vaccine, and Sophie, Countess of Wessex.

The five-bedroom house, guided at £500,000, still has its original servants’ bells.

The sale takes place on 20 July at All Saints Church, Bristol.
