Pershing Square Asset Management is set to move into offices on 11th Avenue, in the Hell’s Kitchen district of Manhattan, next year.
CoStar Group real estate economist Joseph Sollazzo described the area as still quite early in its evolution, but noted that boutique office construction was picking up.
The area has only 8.1m sq ft of dedicated office space but is experiencing high demand with a vacancy rate of just 2.5%.
