Brookfield Property Partners has unveiled plans for the City’s latest tower.
Plans for Leadenhall Court at 1 Leadenhall Street, EC3, involve replacing the existing building with a 400,000 sq ft, 37-storey office tower and 30,138 sq ft of shops on the ground, first and second floors.
The Make-designed plans include a publicly accessible terrace overlooking Leadenhall Market. DP9 is advising on planning.
