Wang Jianlin’s buyout offer for Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties has hit a hurdle in the form of Dutch fund manager APG Groep.
The fund has concerns about the privatisation plan, saying the offer price is too low.
Yoo-Kyung Park, a director in charge of corporate governance at APG’s asset management arm, said the fund had not decided how it would vote.
