Countrywide’s latest catalogue includes a beach hut on the same row as another it sold for a record-breaking £153,000 in April.
The 11’6” x 8’4” freehold timber hut is on Main Beach, Abersoch, in north Wales, and is guided at £100,000 to £150,000.
Connections to electricity, water and drainage are prohibited, as is sleeping overnight.
A second freehold hut on a nearby beach, guided at £20,000, is also being offered at the 21 July sale at Le Meridien Piccadilly, W1.
