Savills has been instructed to sell two London residential sites with permission for 200 homes.
Bids in excess of £15m are being sought for 254 Kilburn High Road, NW6. The half-acre site, being sold by Aitch Group, has planning permission for 60 flats. The group hopes to develop 12 PRS schemes in east London.
A one-acre site at 120 Vallance Road & 2-4 Hemming Street, E1, has planning permission for 144 homes. Planning was obtained by Zen Development through subsidiary One20 Development.
Offers in excess of £20m are being sought.
Both sites sit on the fringes of the central London residential market, and could be important indicators of demand in the peripheral prime residential market.
