Curzon is to open a 275-seat cinema in Berkeley Homes’ Goodman’s Field housing scheme in Aldgate, E3.
A joint venture between Avignon Capital, Corinthian Curzon and Curzon Cinemas has bought the 999-year lease on a 13,350 sq ft space that will also include a restaurant complex.
It will be the boutique cinema chain’s first theatre on a residential scheme. Berkeley was represented by CBRE and Bruce Gillingham Pollard.
