Blackstone has secured a second tenant at Building 7, Chiswick Park, W4.
Research and publishing company HH Saudi Research and Marketing has agreed a 10-year lease for 28,500 sq ft of office space on the 10th floor of the building.
HH Saudi are relocating to Chiswick Park from its existing London headquarters in Holborn, and will join tenant Danone who signed on the 334,000 sq ft building earlier this year.
Savills, CBRE and DTRE are the joint letting agents for Chiswick Park.
