Allsop has appointed Lesley Roberts as executive development director of Allsop Letting and Management.
Roberts was previously director of PRS at Pinnacle Places, and has more than 10 years of PRS block management experience. She is also chair of the Soho Housing Association.
She has advised developers, housing associations and institutional investors on the acquisition, design, build and operation stages of large-scale PRS portfolios.
Her focus at Allsop will be on the performance management of residential assets to maximise returns and support long-term investment.
