Hong Kong-based Y.T. Realty Group has paid £42.3m for a building in London’s Liverpool Street housing a Travelodge.
The six-storey building offers 45,528 sq ft of space. Travelodge took up the 25-year lease nine years ago.
Y.T. Realty said the acquisition will further expand its overseas property portfolio and enhance its strategic investment in well-developed markets such as the UK.
