Brookfield’s 100 Bishopsgate, EC3, will not be delayed by the collapse of its contractor Dunne Group, the developer has said.
The Scottish construction firm entered administration this week after “severe cash flow pressures” and ceased trading.
It was working on a number of high-profile developments, including 100 Bishopsgate, One Blackfriars, SE1, and the 48-storey Newington Butts tower, SE1.
A Brookfield spokesman said: “We are confident that this will not raise any programme issues and that 100 Bishopsgate will be delivered on time and to specification.”
