Hibernia REIT has signed a 20-year lease on space at One Dockland Central with the Commission for Energy Regulation.
The lease is worth €1.6m a year for Hibernia, and takes its annual rent roll to more than €43m.
The company also announced a 15-year lease on space in the Chancery Building, with an initial rent of €200,000.
