£4.3m raised at Derby sale
SDL Graham Penny Derby achieved a 75% success rate at its 21 July auction at the iPro Stadium in Derby. Out of 64 lots offered, two sold prior and 48 in the room, raising £4.3m.

Countrywide Property Auctions raised £3.6m at its 21 July auction at Le Meridien Piccadilly Hotel, W1. Out of 34 lots offered, 19 sold, giving a 56% success rate.
