House prices in the six London boroughs that hosted the Olympic Games and the Paralympic Games in 2012 have outperformed those in the rest of the city, according to crowdfunding website Property Partner.
Prices in those boroughs have risen by 64% on average – 11.2% more than the average for London as a whole.
