British Land has unveiled the Generation Y-style plans for its Kingdom Street office scheme, including one of London’s highest basketball courts.
The 147,000 sq ft office block in Paddington, W2, which is looking to attract millennials and fans of flexible working and wellbeing in the workplace, is due to complete early next year.
The scheme, which is being designed with architects Allies and Morrison, includes a corner terrace on each floor and glass pod collaborative working areas, along with a roof terrace with sports facilities.
