Fortwell Capital has appointed Arthur Jennings as head of development finance.
He will be in charge of the lender’s development finance portfolio and underwriting all new transactions.
Before joining Fortwell, Jennings was relationship manager at Qatar National Bank in London. He previously held a number of positions at Royal Bank of Scotland.
Fortwell Capital, formerly Omni Capital, has also appointed Nikos Yerolemou as senior analyst in development finance.
The former commercial real estate analyst at Lloyds Banking Group will be responsible for Fortwell’s transactional modelling.
Jennings said: “I have worked in banking for over 10 years, mainly in real estate finance. I am passionate about the sector, but bank lending has become very tightly regulated and vanilla in nature. Fortwell’s offering attracted me because of its skilled individuals and the support it receives from its parent business, CPC Group.”
