The BHS brand could return to the high street with news that Al Mana group, which bought the international and online business, is considering opening new stores under the BHS name.
The stores are likely to more upmarket than previous ones and would be limited in number, according to people with knowledge of the matter. Al Mana is thought to be searching for a partner to run the stores.
Meanwhile, the last remaining BHS stores closed their doors for a final time on Sunday.
