Tom Hawkins has joined Knight Frank’s new homes team as a partner.
He joins from Hamptons International, where he has worked for 10 years, most recently running the new homes sales team. He led on the sales of schemes including Portobello Square, W10; Aberfeldy Village, E14; and Rathbone Market, E16.
Hawkins will be responsible for managing the sales of London luxury residential developments, alongside diving business generation through the London new homes business.
