CBRE has expanded its equity placement team with two appointments.
Caroline James, a former principal at First Avenue Partners, has joined as a senior director on the equity placement team. She specialised in real estate-focused fund-led equity placement during her nine years at First Avenue Partners.
Alex Dewey has also joined as a director on the equity placement team. He was a member of the real estate corporate finance team at EY and has worked as an adviser in real estate investment and equity placement for more than 10 years.
