The Lincoln Plaza housing tower by BUJ architects in Millwall, E14, has won the Carbuncle Cup 2016 for the UK’s worst building.
The residential tower, developed by Galliard Homes, was one of six in the running for the industry’s most unwanted award.
Also on the shortlist was Saffron Square in Croydon and the new headquarters of Swiss bank UBS at 5 Broadgate, EC2.
Last year’s winner was Land Securities’ Walkie Talkie at 20 Fenchurch Street, EC3.
