British Land is seeking tenants for the offices within its Clarges Mayfair development.
The offices at 7 Clarges Street, W1, comprise 49,500 sq ft of commercial space across six floors.
The reception has been designed by Squire and Partners as a gallery space where bespoke artwork is displayed.
The property has 55 bicycle lockers and shower amenities in the style of a Mayfair club.
