Columbia Threadneedle has lifted the suspension of trading on its property fund, imposed in July as investors sought to withdraw funds in the wake of the Brexit vote.
The company’s managing director of property, Don Jordison, said much of the earlier commentary now seemed slightly irrational, and that more informed reflection had settled the market.
The fund completed, exchanged or agreed to sell properties worth a total of £167m.
