Graduates tackle first week at Cushman & Wakefield

Fifty-four graduates have ended their first week at Cushman & Wakefield with an It’s a Knockout style challenge at Saracens rugby club ground Allianz Park.

The entrants to Cushman & Wakefield’s two-year graduate programme had begun the week with a welcome from chief executive John Forrester and head of UK and Ireland, Colin Wilson.

They also had lunch with the board of directors, visited Here East in Stratford, billed as Europe’s newest technology innovation centre.

Commercial graduates do three eight-month rotations across the UK and Ireland business, which can include an external secondment or a posting abroad.

Anyone doing planning, residential, project management, building surveying, quantity surveying or interior design, stays with the same team for two years.

Cushman & Wakefield has 43,000 employees in more than 60 countries.
