Kings Cross Central Limited Partnership has been given the green light to build two developments.
T2, a 12-storey 230,500 sq ft office building , and T3, a 10-storey 165,900 sq ft block, both designed by Bennetts Associates, have been approved by Camden Council.
The development will also include a NHS England public health centre in T2.
The Kings Cross Central Limited Partnership comprises of the Argent Kings Cross Limited Partnership, made up of Argent and Hermes Real Estate on behalf of the BT Pension Scheme. The other member is AustralianSuper, Australia’s biggest superannuation/pension fund.
