BHS will relaunch as an online-only operation this week.
The new business, BHS.com, will employ 84 people in London and will initially focus on previous bestsellers such as bedding and lighting.
David Anderson, who will run the operation for Al Mana Group, said he would not rule out opening new stores in the future.
