Standard Life Investments is to lift the trading suspension on its UK real estate fund from 17 October.
Trading in the SLI UK real estate fund was suspended on 4 July amid concerns about the level of redemptions in the wake of the Brexit vote.
Standard Life said it now believes the commercial real estate market has stabilised.
