Patisserie chain Maison Blanc has instructed Davis Coffer Lyons to review the future of its London estate.
The baker has 13 shops in London, including in Fulham and Hampstead, all of which are under review.
Its production site in Park Royal is also under review. No formal decisions on any sites have been made yet.
The bakery is owned by Fadwa Al Homaizi’s Kout Food Investments, which will retain the Maison Blanc trading name.
Maison Blanc said: “Maison Blanc has announced the appointment of Davis Coffer Lyons as specialist advisor as part of a strategic review into its current trading locations, this also includes the Maison Blanc production facility of at Park Royal in London.”
In the year to 31 December 2014 the group made a loss of nearly £3m.
