The Crown Estate has let the fourth floor of 7 Air Street, W1, to Imperial Innovations Group. The office block is now fully let.
The commercialisation and investment company has taken 8,948 sq ft and will join tenants Akamai Technologies, specialist lender Amicus, international professional services firm Eden McCallum and the music industry’s global trade body, IFPI.
The office block, designed by Barr Gazetas, forms part of the Crown Estate’s £1bn investment in regenerating Regent Street.
CBRE and Knight Frank acted for the Crown Estate and Strutt & Parker acted on behalf of Innovations.
