A shake-up among the top five could do nothing to end Knight Frank’s dominance of the Sheffield office market
Acting on the two largest deals of the year – 30,000 sq ft at Cathedral Court to Sheffield University Enterprises and 16,000 sq ft to Arup at 3 St Paul’s Place – Knight Frank shifted the most space in Sheffield once again.
Local agency Fernie Greaves took second place, Campbell & Company jumped to third from seventh, and Commercial Property Partners climbed to fourth. Despite take-up slipping by 9.2% overall, all three managed to increase their disposals over the year, with Fernie Greaves acting on 25 deals and Campbell & Company joining Knight Frank on the largest.

While not the highest riser, moving from third to second, Fernie Greaves nevertheless managed to act on the most deals, upping its total from last year by a further 25%
Going down: BNP Paribas Real Estate
Sliding from second to fifth, the national agent acted on five deals for the year, but these were not enough to stem its decline against an exceptional preceeding
