Seven tenant farmers in Scotland are set for a court hearing next month as they seek compensation from the government for losing their homes.
The claim for compensation will be heard in Edinburgh’s Court of Session on 1 November.
The Supreme Court ruled in 2013 that legislation passed in 2003 assuring them of secured tenancies breached landlords’ human rights. A remedial order was passed in 2014.
