“The idea that property never innovates, never adopts and never embraces new technology is entirely false. You want to know the real reason the industry has this reputation? No one has developed technology that really inspires the real estate sector yet.”
This is according to Brandon Weber, the 35-year-old American start-up entrepreneur who launched his three-year-old software company Hightower in the UK last month.
He adds that it is technology that can make the property industry money that will inspire the real estate market to embrace innovative new systems. And adds this is one of the main drivers behind Hightower.
“We can offer a massive return on investment. Massive. We say 12 to 15 times but actually that is conservative. It is closer to 17 times and you get insanely fast payback.”
