Outside of London is difficult to take on board the true risks of PRS investment, according to Simon Durkin, head of research at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
He said: “There is a real opportunity here for somebody who is entrepreneurially minded to try to aggregate this data and be a central repository for information for investors and developers.”
