Global real estate adviser Situs has appointed Christian Bearman as chief executive of Situs Europe.
Bearman will be in charge of the development and continuing operations of the company’s European business, which has €40bn in assets under management.
Before joining Situs, Bearman was head of corporate development and operations at Valad Europe. He has also worked at Goldman Sachs’ investment banking division and at Lloyd’s Banking Group.
Situs Group president Nick Rudenstein said: “Bringing in Christian is an exciting next step in Situs’s global expansion. Our European operations have never been better positioned, and Christian is the right person to lead our continued growth.
