Pan-European real estate adviser CR has teamed up with Oxane, a specialised services firm, to provide technical support to CR’s asset and loan management business.
CR said that the alliance would broaden the scale of the services it could offer its clients.
The firm will also open an office in Delhi to work more closely with Oxane, which has offices in the UK and India, and to develop its own centre of technology and innovation.
The alliance will not affect mandates for either company’s existing clients, which CR and Oxane will continue managing independently.
Jacob Lyons, managing director and co-founder of CR, said: “Oxane’s technology and services combine perfectly with CR’s advisory and principal finance activities.”
