CBRE has appointed Lorraine Hughes as a senior director in its UK planning team, based in London.
Hughes, who joins from Turley, where she was a director, specialises in complex central London projects, and has advised public and private sector clients, working with Crossrail on its Over Site Development Sites and on the extension of Canary Wharf estate.
