100% success in Mansfield

Barnes achieved a success rate of 100% at its recent sale in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, with all 11 lots selling. The total raised was £794,000. Lots included a freehold maisonette with shop below, owned by Mansfield District Council, which sold for £115,000.

Goodwin sells Malvern view

A detached house with grand views over countryside in Malvern, Worcestershire, which sold for £140,000, was among the lots offered by John Goodwin at its 10 November sale in Ledbury, Herefordshire.

Cumbria chemist sells well

A three-floor former chemist with a flat above in Appleby-in-Westmorland, Cumbria, sold for £94,000 at Michael CL Hodgson’s sale in Kendal on 4 November. An unfinished bungalow in Penrith sold for £142,000.

AH sells garden centre prior

Auction House East Anglia sold a garden centre and detached bungalow for an undisclosed sum prior to its 4 November auction in King’s Lynn, Norfolk. A freehold river mooring was purchased for £16,500 at the sale. The sale raised £346,500 – a 58% success rate.
