The private equity firm and investment management firm are understood to be under offer on a floor each at 7 Clarges Street, W1.
Both tenants will be on 10-year leases, paying in excess of £120 per sq ft.
The offices comprise 49,500 sq ft of commercial space across six floors.
The reception has been designed by Squire and Partners as a gallery space where bespoke artwork is displayed.
The property has 55 bicycle lockers and shower amenities in the style of a Mayfair club.
