Kate Ives has left First Base to take on a development director role at Wates Residential.
Ives spent nine years at First Base, leading on a number of projects in London and the South East with a focus on estate regeneration.
Elliot Lipton, managing director of First Base, said: “Kate has been a highly regarded member of the team and has been integral to the success of a number of our partnerships. We wish her all the best as she takes up this fantastic career opportunity.”
Wates Residential said Ives will join the team from 1 January as part of its expansion plans.
The company is part of Wates Group and works across the UK with local authority and housing association partners.
