Tishman signs Mirabaud to Verde

Verde-main-entrance-570pxTishman Speyer has signed international banking and financial group Mirabaud at its flagship Verde development, SW1.

Mirabaud will pay just under £80 per sq ft for 14,873 sq ft, bringing the building to 60% occupancy.

Other committed tenants include Oaktree Capital, PA Consulting, Pret A Manger and Waitrose.

Due for completion in the final quarter of 2016, the building will provide a total of 317,083 sq ft along with six roof gardens totalling over 20,000 sq ft.

Dan Nicholson, head of UK at Tishman Speyer, said: “The combination of its central location, building quality, and robust amenity package has established Verde as a premier destination for a diverse range of prominent occupiers.”

More than 100 Mirabaud employees from its wealth management, asset management and brokerage and corporate finance business will work in Verde.

Lionel Aeschlimann, managing partner at Mirabaud Group, said: “This move shows our group’s commitment to London in particular and the UK in general, where we have been established since 1990 and intend to continue developing our presence and reach.”
