A beach chalet believed to be part of a 1930s holiday development is being offered at Symonds & Sampson’s sale on 9 December.
The chalet, at West Bexington in Dorset, has views of the Jurassic Coast and Lyme Bay.
It is one of two beach chalets to be offered, which are guided at £225,000-£250,000 each.
The auction will be held at Digby Hall in Sherborne, Dorset.
