Savills London Land team have acted on £84.6m in November across eight deals.
Director Darren Arnold said that despite the current market conditions, the right sites in good locations are continuing to generate interest.
“We are seeing strong appetite for medium-sized, oven-ready sites, close to good transport links,” he said.
“There is a sweet spot within zones 2-4. As always, success is dependent on the right price and we are seeing the most activity around the £1,000 sq ft mark.”
Sites included the Old Dairy in Bloomsbury WC1, a Bermondsey site overlooking Southwark Park, a 60-home site in Kilburn, and a conversion opportunity in Southwark.
