A Grade II-listed Victorian church in Hawkhurst, Kent, with permission for conversion into seven homes will be among 110 lots in Clive Emson’s December auction.
Guided at £500,000-£520,000, All Saints Church will be offered at the Clive Emson Conference Centre in Maidstone on 12 December.
The five-day sale, which continues in Chelmsford, Brighton, Southampton and Saltash, also includes two former NatWest banks.
