Wates Developments has submitted an outline planning application to South Oxfordshire District Council for the development of 120 homes in Chalgrove, near Oxford.
The scheme, across a 16-acre site, will include 40% affordable housing. Completion is scheduled for spring 2018.
The proposal includes plans designed to improve water management and run-off, including on-site ponds and a sustainable drainage system.
